Qualifications Needed:
You will be required to follow an extremely proven sales process & give presentations to prospective clients that are self-generated or referrals.
» Positive & Outgoing Personality
» The Strong Drive to Work Hard and
to WIN key to driving success.
» A Strong Desire to be Compensated Extremely Well for your efforts!
» Self-Reflective Personality (this is the main ingredient to succeed in sales)
» Be an Articulate Communicator
» Work 5 Days a Week (Saturdays are your top money making days)
» A Willingness to Walk on Roofs & Knock on Doors
» To Grow into a Leadership Role within 12-18 Months
» Previous experience in roofing sales is a bonus, but it is by no means necessary. We will make you a Certified Roof Top Expert, regardless.
